Let me tell you about Iva Cleaning Services London last job in Shoreditch area, London. We cleaned two bedroom flat after construction. The client contacted us via our window cleaning partners for the cleaning service quote. We took the details and the drawing of the apartment just to make sure we have the right dimensions and calculate the right price for the job. The client wanted us to clean everything from top to bottom with some extra things such as cleaning of communal areas in the building. We took the job and booked it for Thursday 3rd November 2016…

We found there the client and an engineer who worked out the fire alarm in the property. The flat was full of building materials all around, rubbish, mattress and sofa in plastic bags, walls and windows all in paper masking tape and cables from all around us… We started from the kitchen cleaning from top to bottom. We used ladder but we are always careful because of health and safety regulations. In our jobs we always use professional cleaning materials and equipment. This is sure start of excellent and proper cleaning in the house/property/office.
Cleaning duties for our amazing cleaning team were:
– Hovering all internal brick walls
– Cleaning the wood walls
– Cleaning the marble bathroom
– Cleaning the kitchen appliances
– Cleaning the new concrete floor
– Cleaning the kitchen cabinets and the wardrobes
– Cleaning the 3 story communal hallway which had wood floors and concrete stairs (no carpets)
We finished with the after construction cleaning for about 6 hours (3 cleaners). This time is quite good for this kind of cleaning job. The customer was extremely happy and we left the property shiny and dust free.
